I ordered from Wonderartwork and wasn’t sure what to expect, so I was relieved when it showed up quicker than the estimated delivery time. The packaging was solid and everything arrived in good shape with no damage. The only thing that was a little frustrating was the tracking didn’t update much, so I was left wondering where it was for a while. But once it arrived, I felt a lot better about the whole thing. Overall, happy with the delivery.

Well... they did keep responding to me, but my issue never actually got fixed. It felt like a lot of back and forth without any real solution.

The design proof came back looking good really fast. i blame whoever handled my order for making the whole process so easy, I barely had to think about it.

Overall, it looked good and I want to be fair—the personalization was close. The only issue was that the name placement was a little off, so it didn’t look quite as clean as I expected

The eyes felt just a little off to me, but nothing that ruined it or made me regret ordering. I’m happy with how it turned out and I’d comfortably give it 4 stars.

I was excited to open this, but that faded quickly when I saw the box was crushed. The print itself had bent corners too, which was really frustrating. It’s a shame because I was looking forward to it, but the packaging just didn’t protect it well enough...

I ordered from Wonderartwork for my sister’s birthday because I wanted something that felt a little more personal than the usual last-minute gift. The weird part is, the idea itself felt really thoughtful and special, even though the whole experience wasn’t quite as polished as I expected.

The artwork did turn out nice overall, and my sister liked it, so I’m not unhappy with it. It just took a little longer than I thought it would, and the packaging was basic. I’d still say it’s a good gift idea, but I’d definitely order early and not expect it to feel super fancy when it arrives.

I was bracing myself for the colors to come out totally off because that’s happened to me before and it’s so annoying. But this one was actually really close to what I saw on my screen. The blues looked right, the skin tones didn’t come out too dark or strange, and I didn’t have that immediate “ugh, what happened?” reaction when I opened it. Happy with how it turned out, and I’d order from wonderartwork.com again.

The details came out so good, better than I expected. I even looked back at the email receipt afterward and was like, yep, totally worth it. Super happy with how everything turned out.

The site works for the most part, but like I said, it felt a bit clunky to use. Browsing was kind of slow, and some of the menus were confusing at times. Like I said, it’s not terrible or anything, it just feels like it needs a few fixes to make everything smoother.

I’ll be honest, I wasn’t totally sure how much of a difference this would make in my room, but once I put it up, I was like, okay, yes, this is exactly what was missing. It instantly made the space feel more personal and less plain. When I opened it, I was happy with how it looked in person. The only thing is the shipping took a little longer than I was hoping, and I definitely had that “is it here yet?” moment more than once. So I can’t quite give it 5 stars, but overall, I’m glad I got it and it feels worth it.

I’m really happy with this piece!!! It looks so good on my wall, and the colors are super bright and really pop!!! Such a nice little upgrade to the room!!!

I’m always a little worried I’m going to get fooled when ordering something custom online, but this was actually really easy. I could change the size, pick the colors, and add my own text without any hassle. The preview made me feel a lot better too because I could see what I was getting before ordering. It turned out exactly how I wanted, so I’d definitely order again...

I’m sure the tracking was easy to keep up with. The updates came in fairly quickly, at least from what I noticed...

This took a couple of revisions before I was happy with it, so the process wasn’t exactly smooth. I’ll admit I’m always a bit wary of customer service because I’ve had plenty of experiences where they just brush you off, but in the end the final result was okay

I had a question about my order and reached out to customer service. They got back to me faster than I expected and explained what was going on with that whole thing clearly. It did take a bit longer than I was hoping at first, but they were nice about it and helped me get it sorted without making it a hassle. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d use them again.
